Corn on the cob is a summer classic, especially here in Indiana. But sometimes it just needs a bit of a twist. Check out this recipe for BBQ Corn on the Cob:

  • 6 ears of corn, husked & cleaned
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 pinch of onion powder
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened

  1. Fire up the grill to medium-high heat
  2. In a bowl (medium sized), blend together the chili powder, dried oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Then, blend in the softened butter.
  4. Apply this mixture to each ear of corn.
  5. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil
  6. Place corn on the grill, cook for 20-30 minutes (or until tender when poked with a fork). Make sure to rotate the corn periodically.
