Want to see the sunrise or the sunset every day? Do you want to be on a corner? Do you want to be on a cove on the lake? How big of a backyard would you like? Do you want to see the lake but don’t necessarily need to live right on it (have water access)? Do you want a big dock or no dock at all? What community might fit you best?

These are just some of the questions to think about when choosing which lot of land might fit you best when building a waterfront home. Anything is really possible, which means your imagination can run wild when shopping for lots and dreaming up house plans. Having been in the business for over 20 years I know the different questions you need to think about more than others. Buying a lot of land is a big purchase but also a really exciting one.
